- Pumpkin soup:
- Hokkaido pumpkin
- onions
- Saddlery
- Leek
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Dashie
- Soy Sauce Shio Koji
- additional elements for garnishing (pumpkin seeds, shiso cress)
1. Cook pumpkin soup
2. For the special flavor, add Soy Sauce Shio Koji selectively (see photo)
Tip: Japanese people really like the pure taste of a product. That means a pumpkin soup made only with pumpkin and water. To finish, just drop a little soy sauce Shio Koji on the soup and it's done!
